Andy Fisher with his distinctive good humour currently heads up our Customer Relations team who deal with thousands of suggestions and questions every week. "From these experiences, we are helping the projects team design the freelance Customer Care network that will put thousands of people into new work across the next 3 years," says Andy who also works with his wife and members of her family.

Andy's skills and experiences come from having worked as the School Manager for a large and extremely successful secondary school in Kent with a 1400 strong student population. He sat on the Leadership Team, responsible for strategic planning across the whole school from aspects of teaching to building management and working with the local community, including the police. Prior to this Andy spent 16 years with H.M. Customs & Excise, on the frontline in the detection and investigation of prohibited items (drugs, firearms) and in anti-piracy measures.
