1) Welcome Notes
Complete Earth Organisation SA (also referred to as “Me2everyone”) is a company based in the Seychelles that operates various websites including www.me2everyone.com, www.me2everyone.net (collectively known as “M2E”). In our website we give visitors a chance to learn about the benefits of membership and ask any questions which they have. We also give our members the chance to communicate with other members in our Be Social area.
Central to our mission is to share our global income with our members (via the Member Rewards System) or else to enable our members to become a shareholder of in M2E at zero cost or liability to them, under an agreement with the Complete Earth Organisation SA (“Complete Earth”).
This Guide is written in English and if any translated version of this Guide conflicts with the English version, the English version takes precedent.

3) Using our Website
Visitors (or guests) are the people who view our website without registering their details and becoming a member. In this version of the website you are limited to finding out more about Me2everyone.
To become a Member you are required to accept our Terms of Use and provide us with some personal information which is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Visitors and Members may be described as Users and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Guide.
4) Additional Notes about this Policy
We may update or change this Policy at any time and without prior notice to Users. In each event the changes shall be effective upon the modified Policy being published on this website and your continued use of the M2E website following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by and your acceptance of the Policy as so modified. It is therefore important that you review this Policy regularly.
In order to help you identify the current Policy, we shall date the current version and also publish the updated terms of use in the Members area of the website.
If you do not agree to be bound by this Policy and to abide by all applicable law, you must discontinue use of the M2E website immediately.
This Policy, and any posted revision to this Policy, shall remain in full force and effect while you use M2E or you remain a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by contacting Me2everyone or using the automated system in My Details (when available).
5) Privacy Aspects
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information. We comply with the principles of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
6) What information do we collect?
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:
- information about your computer, about your visits to and use of the M2E website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views);
- information that you provide to us for the purpose of registering with us. This includes without limitation your name, address, email address, password, personal preferences to music, films, sports, hobbies, relationship status, date of birth, gender, telephone details, other personal info that you may wish to share with Me2everyone via M2E.
M2E websites does not knowingly collect Personal Information or related data from children under 16 years of age.
7) Cookies
A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.
We use “session” cookies on the M2E website. We will use the session cookies to: keep track of you whilst you navigate the M2E website; and when you recommend any other person to visit the M2E website (using your unique URL link).
Session cookies will be deleted from your computer when you close your browser.
Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies. This will, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites.
8) Using your Personal Data
Personal data submitted on the M2E website will be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or in relevant parts of the M2E website.
We may use your personal information to:
- Administer the website;
- Enable your use of the services available on the website;
- Send statements and invoices to you, and collect payments (as applicable) from you;
- Register shares in your name (subject to the collection of other required data);
- Send you general (non‐marketing) commercial communications;
- Send you email notifications which you have specifically requested;
- Send to you our newsletter and other marketing communications relating to our business which we think may be of interest to you by email which you give us permission to do (you can inform us at any time if you no longer require marketing communications) and;
- Deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to the website.
From the information you provide we will compile some information on the demographics of M2E to show to prospective advertisers and Business Members. Personal information and preferences provided by you on this website will determine the types of advertisements that you see on the website.
We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing. We will use your personal information purely to assist you during your membership of M2E.
9) Disclosures
We may disclose information about you to any of our employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy. In addition, we may disclose information about you:
- To the extent that we are required to do so by law;
- In connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings;
- In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk); and
- To the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset which we are (or are contemplating) selling.
Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not provide your information to third parties.
10) International Data Transfers
Information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), information which you provide may be transferred (subject to your own privacy settings) to countries which do have data protection laws equivalent to those in force in the EEA. In addition, personal information that you submit for publication on the website will be published on the internet and may be available, via the internet, around the world. You expressly agree to such transfers of personal information.
11) Security of your Personal Data
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secure password and firewall protected servers.
Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. You are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password and you must not offer this to us.
12) Your Rights
You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information may be subject to the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00 which may increase from time to time).
You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by email at any time. (In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt‐out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.)

The website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.
14) Updating Information
Please let us know if the personal information which we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated. There are links in the members’ area to change your password and email address.
