What is Me2everyone?
Me2everyone is evolving into a next‐generation, virtual world connecting people, developing business and becoming a new media portal. When M2E 3D arrives you will be able to shop, play some amazing games, meet your friends, find new friends, travel partners or even love, share your videos, music and photos, tell the world about your business, invent the future, champion your favourite causes (and make some money for them), improve your life, discover more and every member can create an income stream thanks to our innovative virtual currency: the Metoo. You can even become a shareholder (for free) and profit from the future of this concept that has been 12 years in the planning.
Is membership really free?
Yes! Membership of Me2everyone is free forever and this includes sharing in our global income. That might sound crazy, but the more excited and impressed you become by being a member of Me2everyone, the larger our population grows. The more members we have, the more attractive we become to prospective advertisers, business members and sponsors and here we plan to make advertising on the web far more affordable and predictable.
So yes – basic membership with lots of features, options and an income stream is completely 100% Free Forever!
Where can I get the latest updates on M2E?
You can click on the Twitter link below to get news feeds or log-in to your member’s account and read our latest news, which we aim to update once every week. Very occasionally we send emails to selected members, just to let them know about new features. Although our members want regular updates, this isn’t always possible (especially if we have no news to tell). However we do try to ensure that there’s at least one major news update every month.
Why should I use Me2everyone and not Facebook, MySpace or any of the other big networks?
About a third of everyone connected to the internet is now on Facebook (including our CEO) and we are not suggesting that you leave your favourite social networks at all. Me2everyone is developing something that is a whole lot more than updating your friends and playing games: something that will eventually encompass a wide range of features, designed to drive income into your life.
We’re fresh out of the box (OK we’ve been around for a couple of years) and we’re eager to complete the final version of me2everyone.com giving you a spectacular virtual world to explore, with plenty of features, superb control over advertising, membership enhancements and plenty of chances to transform your membership into a new income source.
Who are Me2everyone?
The original vision for M2E lies with Mike Leonard who would say that Me2everyone is every member who gets involved. Michael is an ideas man who has created a spellbinding vision of what me2everyone could one day become. He developed this idea in the late 1990s as a way to connect people – but it took nearly a decade before M2E emerged. A great team of directors has been assembled and we will be publishing profiles very soon.
Our greatest strength comes from the help and support of the M2E Business & Support Teams, spanning more than 100 passionate M2E members with plenty of experience between them. They come from the 4 corners of the world and during your membership you will begin to learn a lot more about everyone involved.
More importantly, Me2everyone is our members: people like you. We don’t succeed if we don’t make our members happy and we’re happy to receive your feedback on when we do things you like and especially when we do things you hate.
As a member of M2E am I at any risk?
There’s zero risk.
Personal Me2everyone membership is free forever. You never need to raid your E-wallet, use a credit card or slip a brown envelope stuffed with paper money into our hands. We give you many of the features you would expect from larger social networks and we are planning many more over the coming 12 months. We never sell or give your personal information to any third party and all your details are stored in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.
We don’t use your photos or videos without your permission (for which we would give you additional benefits). We don’t pass your personal contact information to any advertisers and soon there will be an advertising control panel where you can choose the types of advertising you want to see (or even opt out of seeing any advertising for payment of a small fee).
In short we are not in business to cause you any problems. We simply want to create an open and honest global network of people who enjoy the advantages of Me2everyone membership.

How do I know if an email from M2E is genuine?
Here is a tip on discovering whether your email is genuinely from M2E:
Have a look at who sent the email. If it is from M2E the domain name will be me2everyone.com or me2everyone.info. If it is something other than those two, it is definitely a problem email and should be marked as spam and then deleted. However in some cases the person sending a fake email may have placed our domain name in the header and so, if you are responding to an email, check carefully where the return path is going to.
Naturally we maintain strong security measures to ensure that your email is never accessible by third parties. We will never ask you for your password or other personal information. Finally most of our news updates (sent via email) will have a Mailchimp logo at the bottom of the email and this will link back to an affiliate page on Mailchimp at the following URL:

If that URL is anything different, it’s probably not us.

Why are you asking for my Registration Details again?
We will only ever require your initial information registration details ONCE - when you first register. So if you receive any email asking you for your password or registered email address, it hasn’t come from us.
In the near future we will give you the option to register under our Member Rewards system and earn a share of our revenue (via Metoo) or to swap your Metoos for registered shares. When this happens we will ask you to log-in to your account and we will require some additional contact information from you.
What’s the minimum age to become a member?
Today it’s 16 but in a few months time we launch M2E Kids – designed to be a lot of FUN where anyone from the age of 10 will be welcome. We will have lots of things to keep you interested and safe online. We are even thinking of developing a kids counsel (with your parents) to get you guys thinking of new features and games that you really want to see - but only when its raining mums and dads.
Are my details safe?
Yes! We take safety very seriously one me2everyone.com and naturally we encrypt your password and fully comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. We are constantly improving the security of our network and the ways we can protect your safety on our website. For more information click on our Privacy Policy.
How many accounts can I have?
You will only need one, but we know of people who have registered a second account using a different email to get the additional benefits of recommending new members. Some people registered their cats, dogs, mice and even movie characters just to get additional benefits. This goes against the spirit of our Terms of Service and when we find people who have done this (and we do) all accounts will be deleted.
So please play fair and only register one account. Thank you.

Recommending Friends
How do I recommend friends to join me2everyone.com?
When you become a member you will see your Referral Link on the members Home Page. It’s next to the big yellow “Be Social” box. It will be something like www.me2everyone.com/1234567 and is unique to you.
To recommend new members and gain the benefit for doing so, please give your link to people you know and we’ll connect that person to you. When they join using your link they will appear in the My Shares page. It’s that simple. When the new version of me2everyone.com arrives you will be linked as friends immediately and welcome messages will be sent from your account to theirs. Also in the new version we aim to improve your unique link by giving you the option to display a username instead: www.me2everyone.com/myname so that your friends know it’s you, right away!
What benefit do I get for recommending my friends?
When someone joins me2everyone using your link, we give you a benefit under our new Member Rewards system. For instance if any of your friends become advertisers on me2everyone.com (perhaps they own a business) then you will automatically earn 10% of their advertising spend. We also give you our new Metoos our new virtual currency that can help to make you some money and which can also be exchanged for registered shares in Me2everyone PLC (via our partner). Where can I see the people I recommend?
The current version of the website only lets you know when someone has registered using your link (in the My Shares area). We recognise this is a bad idea and so an improved version of the Be Social are is being created that will properly link friends together. This will happen within the virtual world environment.
Can I promote and advertise the M2E experience?
YES!
But please note that advertising campaigns need to be cleared by me2everyone before you begin. Contacting friends or people you know (colleagues or existing customers) directly via email is preferred, but do not spam. Also please respect our copyright on the website and do not publish anything from our website on other websites without our express written permission. Where do M2E members come from?
Members come from diverse cultures, language and backgrounds. We have students, retired people and everyone in between. There's a mix of men and women ranging in ages from 16 to 84 (we haven't heard from anyone older - yet). It seems that every aspect of working life is covered and from what we know, we have members in 170 different countries. Some have dreams and ideas; others want to work for me2everyone. Some want to be part of our evolution; others want to advertise with us. But one thing binds every member together: when me2everyone is successful, every member is successful.
Can I charge people for their membership or shares?
No! Membership is free and for every person you recommend, we will give you something back under our Member Rewards system.
How can I contact other M2E members?
You can make new friends in the world of me2everyone. There is a BE SOCIAL area where you can search for people you know (and even don't know), browse profiles and contact people who seem to be interesting to you. You will be able to send internal messages and also chat to them (we will have video chat as well). As me2everyone evolves in 2011 and beyond you will find many ways to interact with people in the community.

Advertising
Can I advertise in Me2everyone?
In 2009 we ran a survey and found that 25% of our members would consider advertising within Me2everyone and this is really good news. In the longer-term with many millions of members we forecast this will drop to around 5.4%
So the short answer is YES!
In 2011 we will launch ABE (our advertising and brand awareness engine) giving entrepreneurs, marketing managers and corporations a range tools to create comprehensive campaigns within the virtual world. Within ABE our members have full control over the types of advertising they see. So for instance if someone doesn’t want to see a dating service, they simply show this on ABE’s demographic form and they will never advertisers from that sector ever again. We think that’s fair to everyone: members are not seeing advertising that doesn’t interest them and advertisers are not paying to reach people who have no interest in seeing them.
ABE will allow advertisers to design campaigns according to their budgets and target markets. There will also be plenty of scope for brand awareness and insertion of multiple links within the 3D world (such as posters on buildings, or creating 3D items inserted into members virtual apartments). We are also developing traffic drivers and affinity programmes to ensure our members help your advertising experience to become more successful.
ABE is only a few months away and may well change the way you look at advertising online in the future.
Can I put a link to my own website on my M2E profile?
We understand that while waiting for ABE (our advertising and brand awareness engine) you may be tempted to publicise your own business via your profile. Like most other social networks we frown on this and it’s certainly against our Terms of Use. When ABE arrives we will have some excellent launch offers and a proper ABE support team to look after your every need.
I have a good cause I wish to promote on M2E. Do you provide special rates for this?
Yes! For genuine good causes and registered charities we give you FREE in-world publicity. If your cause becomes popular we can arrange bonus awards and grants under the M2E Foundation. This all starts with the virtual world...

Member Rewards
What are Member Rewards?
All members have access to Member Rewards a cool new way of saying “thank you” to the people who help make me2everyone.com successful. When you become a member we give you a number of Metoos (currently known as shares). Then whenever you recruit members or perform in-world roles we will give you more Metoos. We will also additional Metoos for completing certain tasks or if you ever buy M2E merchandise or other selected products from our advertisers.
These Metoos have a wide range of uses from discounts on any purchases within me2everyone.com to creating a new source of real-world income. It works like this:
Any member with a minimum balance of 20,000 Metoos will receive an income from the Metoo Fund. Every day up to 10% of our global sales will be paid into the Fund and then shared out between eligible members.
Oh and your Metoos can also help you to become a shareholder in Me2everyone PLC! Under an agreement with Complete Earth Organisation SA they will swap your Metoos for registered shares in Me2everyone PLC. They get the benefit of your Metoos and you share in our profits.
In addition, if any member whom you have personally introduced to M2E makes a purchase via the M2E Mall, you will receive up to 10% commission. Please note that products such as advertising sales and most business memberships will attract the maximum commissions. Commissions on merchandise and third party offerings will be flexible.
Is it true that you are giving shares away?
Me2everyone is a next generation business and social network where we help to improve the lives of our members. So where Web 2.0 was all about designing web pages for your personal preferences, Me2everyone believes that our success is linked to you being successful. There's so much competition within the social networking world and when you consider that the leading names are only about 7 years old, there's scope for someone new. Also there are 1.4bn internet users across the planet, but an estimated 70% of people do not use any social networking website. We wanted to create something that everyone wanted. Giving you the chance to be an owner and share in potential profits seems like a good idea.
When we first launched the Members Reward system was geared exclusively around giving our members the chance to become a shareholder in Me2everyone PLC. In the second half of 2010 this system was replaced by the new Member Rewards system based around the Metoo. You still have a chance to become a shareholder, but the Metoo system gives you a few additional features that we think will begin to become popular with our members.
If I decide to swap Metoos for Shares, will I be liable for your debts?
No. Becoming a shareholder does not make you liable for our debts. The shares you receive will come from a third party (Complete Earth Organisation SA) and they are fully registered with nothing owed upon them.
When will the new Metoo system start?
Soon after a new database and admin engine are installed, our members’ area will be updated to change the terminology from “shares” to “Metoos”. We expect this to be completed early 2011.
How many Shares/Metoos do I have?
Please log-in to you account and click on the My Shares button. You will find a complete breakdown of all your shares here.
I’m sure I recommended someone. Why don't shares appear in my account?
If you feel some allocated shares are "missing" then it's likely they decided to register with someone else or entered the wrong ID number. If the number of shares you received looks wrong then it could well be a bug in the system. When the new database goes live we will run a full sweep of all introductions and ensure that all the correct allocations of shares are made to you.
I have shares in my account from people I do not know!
The member concerned decided to choose your ID number during the registration process. The most common cause for this is when members receive information about M2E via a third party.
What are my shares worth?
At the moment - shares are worth about GBP £0.001 each (par value) although we’ve seen some private sales both lower and higher than this value. When new features begin to arrive in 2011 and we begin to increase our membership levels, we expect the value of shares to increase. Then when we post profits, release dividends or list on the stock market, shares would be worth a lot more.
How can I buy, sell or trade my shares?
Some members have asked Me2everyone PLC to purchase their shares and our stock answer is that at present all our resources are devoted to investments into the Me2everyone website and supporting network. We are under no obligation to purchase shares from members.
However one of our partners is developing an app known as the M2E Trading Room where members who wish to buy or sell their registered shares may do so. This will be a process operating external to Me2everyone PLC and we will not make any money from any transaction.
When Me2everyone lists on the stock market shares can be purchased or sold like any other.
Can I transfer my shares to family or friends?
Shares are allocated to members directly. If you wish to transfer shares you may do so by completing a stock transfer form (we can supply this free of charge). Please note that if you recommend members who subsequently begin to transfer their shares to you, we will treat this with some suspicion and investigate each transfer. Some people create bogus accounts just to gain additional free shares!
Are the share certificates going to be in electronic format or paper?
The share certificates will be generated electronically with unique codes on them for maximum security. You will be able to print them off for your records. There will be several layers of security to ensure the integrity of the certificates.

Can you tell me more about M2E 3D?
From the very beginning M2E was designed to evolve into a feature-rich, virtual world and during 2010 we have been developing some stunningly photo‐realistic vistas, apartments, stores and other places using the Unity 3D gaming engine. We are looking forward to the day when members will be able to explore the virtual 4,000 km2 world in amazing detail and interact with many of the objects you find along the way. From an advertisers perspective we can embed objects into the new world to enhance your brand and improve awareness.
What will be different about M2E 3D?
This is where imagination and reality collide.
As Me2everyone evolves into a virtual village you will be able make new friends or chat to the friends you already have. You will be able upload your own photos, create an art gallery, start a music label, become Mayor, start your own-language newspaper, become a journalist and keep members entertained. Maybe you will become an in-world real-estate agent, selling virtual houses or stores to landlords who make money from entrepreneurs.
Maybe you want to sell some unwanted items without paying high fees and hidden surcharges. You may want to shop and use your M2E-branded debit card and Metoos or join the M2E University and give yourself some life skills to improve your career and family life. Maybe you want to play games, join the Quest (you will love this search for millions of dollars worth of prizes) or perhaps you will find love, romance, a business partner or travel partner. Maybe you will join our travel gateway or discover new ideas that forever change the real world and give entrepreneurs a chance to showcase their new ideas in Sparks.
M2E 3D will be a hybrid between fast-loading two-dimensional web pages and a 3D world ready to explore in photo-realistic quality. There are things we can do in a hybrid world that are impossible with a standard web-page and you will be able to unlock fresh rewards.
Are there different levels of Membership in M2E 3D?
Yes. Before we explain this though, you need to think of M2E 3D as a place where people live, work, play, chat with friends or simply visit – just like any real village, town or city.
When we launch M2E 3D all prospective members will begin as Visitors. They have temporary access to various features, all without creating an account. This gives them plenty of time to evaluate the virtual world concept, before deciding to take the next step of becoming a Resident.
It’s 100% free and you unlock many of the features that will make M2E an engaging experience, including the Member Rewards system. This applies to the majority of members today. Beyond this you can also register for a virtual M2E Passport that allows you to register for shares or other payments from the rewards system. It’s optional but if you are to receive payments from the rewards system we are required to collect additional information from you.
Once you have been accepted as a Resident, you will have a virtual apartment that you are able to walk around in and interact with as if in your own home. For example, the newspaper lying on the coffee table can be clicked and a screen will open showing your subscriptions, with any new item highlighted. You could click on the TV and watch an M2E presentation, instructional video, news channel or even use this for your video chats. With an enhanced package, you will even be able to decorate and furnish your apartment to your tastes! Apartments will be created in 8 grades with multiple designs created from apartments to exclusive modern homes.
Will there be an M2E dating site?
Yes.
Throw enough men and women together and several things will happen. New friendships will be born and business opportunities will be explored. Discussions will break out and travel partners found. Then in the middle of all this will be those members who want to explore some form of romance. One True Love is being designed as the perfect vehicle for this.
Expect it in 2011 as an extension of the friends’ arena. One True Love will use special language translation tools for members seeking love beyond their borders. Next add in personal matchmaking services and link to the Travel Gateway and the result is a Me2everyone that helps single members find their ideal future partner, giving them ample help and support along the way.
Oh, and there will be no advertising spoiling the experience, and basic membership is free.
What is the M2E Foundation?
One of the founding principles of Me2everyone is to develop ways of helping people around the world and also to share the possibility that dreams really can be made to come true. With this in mind we are developing a non-profit Foundation that aims to help some great causes nominated by our members. Expect to hear more about this worthwhile venture in 2011.
What happened to TreeHa?
TreeHa was born in March 2010 but due to planned improvements to the main database, we were forced to suspend plans for a standalone website. Also TreeHa is very much a part of M2E 3D with an incredible range of personal benefits attached to the next generation of M2E.
Over the next five years the TreeHa project aims to plant one billion new trees, across the world: forests that create work, food crops, medicines, eco‐lodges and carbon sinks helping to clean our atmosphere. This will be achieved by membership sales of virtual trees (resulting in real-world trees) and an automatic planting of one tree for every transaction that takes place within M2E 3D. Members purchasing a virtual tree would know about the real tree and would be kept informed of its life story. There will be a GO TO feature, enabling owners to view the history and GPS location of trees. A life-cycle and photo album of trees can be created showing CO2 absorption rates and the consequent benefit to the environment.

What is the Quest Game?
Imagine a game that was also a community. The game is a global online treasure hunt that stretches the player’s minds as they answer riddles, solve puzzles and seek to form alliances in order to move forward, discerning what is truth from fiction. The game evolves organically as members help to create the questions. Some questions will be sponsored and tournaments will appear.
Clue Masters script a never-ending stream of puzzles in complete anonymity. They don't know each other or how their puzzles link to the game. Clue Masters ensure that no two games are played the same. Every puzzle solved and every prize won is a step closer to the ultimate prize contained within the Vault protected by a custom-designed code - an encrypted combination with keys unique to each player, making the Quest Game itself unique and highly personalised.
The Quest takes place across space and time, encompassing questions where answers can only be found in the M2E virtual world or through making alliances, or perhaps engaging in business transactions with other members. We don’t want to reveal too much here, save to say that the ultimate goal of every member is to unlock the vault and gain access to the multi-million dollar prizes that await them.

Languages
How can I see M2E in my language?
At the moment the website is only available in English.
In 2009 there are 1.4 billion people online, but only 313 million people speak English as their mother tongue, so translating me2everyone into many new languages, opens up many new markets. We did recruit a team of translators for all the major online languages but unfortunately technical delays in 2010 mean that the multi-language features won’t arrive until M2E 3D goes live. We will let you know when new languages appear.

Firstly, thanks for helping Me2everyone.com to become a better experience for everyone. If you find a spelling error (please note we use British English) or something that's not working on the website then please click the Contact us button and choose the error and bugs option.
Where do I report spammers?
Not only is spamming annoying, but it's also illegal. Me2everyone members who are thinking about spamming should read our Terms of Use and discover for themselves what penalties lie in wait. Spam and say goodbye to your membership.
We have a zero tolerance view on real spammers and if you encounter anyone who you believe is spamming or placing ANY advertisement that you think we should know about or if you find anyone who appears to be bringing me2everyone into disrespect, then please click on the Contact Us button and then provide us with full details so that we can investigate.
