1) Welcome Notes

Complete Earth Organisation SA (also referred to as “Me2everyone”) is a company based in the Seychelles that operates various websites including www.me2everyone.com, www.me2everyone.net (collectively known as “M2E”). In our website we give visitors a chance to learn about the benefits of membership and ask any questions which they have. We also give our members the chance to communicate with other members in our Be Social area.

This Policy is written in English and if any translated version of this agreement conflicts with the English version, the English version takes precedent.

3) Using our Website

Visitors (or guests) are the people who view our website without registering their details and becoming a member. In this version of the website you are limited to finding out more about Me2everyone.

To become a Member you are required to accept our Terms of Use and provide us with some personal information which is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Visitors and Members may be described as Users and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

 

4) Additional Notes about this Policy

We may update or change this Policy at any time and without prior notice to Users. In each event the changes shall be effective upon the modified Policy being published on this website and your continued use of the M2E website following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by and your acceptance of the Policy as so modified. It is therefore important that you review this Policy regularly.

In order to help you identify the current Policy, we shall date the current version and also publish the updated terms of use in the Members area of the website.

If you do not agree to be bound by this Policy and to abide by all applicable law, you must discontinue use of the M2E website immediately.

This Policy, and any posted revision to this Policy, shall remain in full force and effect while you use M2E or you remain a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by contacting us or using the automated system in My Details (when available).

 

5) Advertising Rules

This version of M2E is designed for the personal use of Members and may only be used for direct commercial purposes if they are specifically endorsed or authorized by Complete Earth Organisation. We reserve the right to remove commercial content at our sole discretion and take any action we deem appropriate in respect of any Member who posts commercial information on their accounts.

Members must not use M2E to advertise any product or service to Users without written permission from us (which, in any case, would usually require the payment of a fee, depending upon the type of campaign the User wished to launch) either by message to Users, link to a third party, commercial website or by using an image showing such product, services or links.

Prospective advertisers may not seek to publicise products or services in the following categories:

  1. Gambling or Casinos (we have a one year exclusivity agreement in place);
  2. Products or services of a sexual nature or that use sexually explicit images to promote their products or service;
  3. Products or services that seek investment from our Users unless they are regulated by a governmental department such as the FSA (in the UK) or SEC (in the USA) or similar in your country;
  4. Products that promote chain letters, pyramid schemes or schemes where there is no product (money circulation networks); 
  5. Any potentially rival social network;
  6. Any other product or service that would violate Section 12 of our Terms of Use

 

 

Me2everyone Virtual Worlds are developing an Advertising module for M2E that will enable prospective Advertisers to ascertain the numbers of Members who are likely to see their advertisements depending on the demographic data they supply. At no point will prospective advertisers or actual M2E advertisers be given personal contact information of Users. When this Advertising module is ready an improved version of the Policy will be released detailing aspects of your relationship with us, the types and formats of advertisements, sponsorships and brand placements we  will permit and how you will be able to track results. We aim to be one of the least expensive, but highly professional services for advertisers on the Internet.
